The Good Life Center for Mental Health offers both individual psychotherapy and group therapy to help children, adolescents and adults in need of psychotherapy services.
Our Clinicians have extensive experience helping clients with a variety of emotional and life challenges. Our therapists utilize a number of therapeutic methods including, TEAM Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Game-Based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (GB-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
