3. EMERGENCY AND CRISIS SITUATIONS

This Site and its electronic communication channels (including contact forms and emails) are intended for routine administrative inquiries and are not monitored 24/7.

Do not use this Site, our forms, or our email addresses to report a medical or mental health emergency. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, a severe mental health crisis, or are having thoughts of self-harm, please immediately call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. 4. SMS AND MOBILE TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Good Life Center for Mental Health, LLC offers an optional text messaging program to communicate with users who explicitly choose to opt in. These communications include, but are not limited to, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, and client support messages.

  • Opt-In and Consent: By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number on our website forms and checking the box to opt in, you express your explicit consent to receive automated and operational text messages from us. Opting in to receive text messages is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for receiving clinical services from us.
  • Privacy of Mobile Data: We respect your privacy. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, mobile text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be sold, rented, shared, or traded with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Message Frequency and Carrier Rates: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and scheduling needs. Standard message and data rates applied by your wireless carrier may apply to any text messages sent or received.
  • Opt-Out (How to Stop Messages): You can cancel and unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send "STOP", we will send you one final text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you choose to opt in again.
